The Vortech V3 630HP Supercharger system features a centrifugal style supercharger system, a centrifugal system is often thought of as a "belt driven turbo". Centrifugal supercharger's "fatten" the factory power curve, but don't change the way the power is delivered. For instance this system doesn't add a huge torque hit down low, in the way a TVS style supercharger does, as a result it offers a linear progression of additional power. If you are happy with the type of power delivery of the factory LS7 but want more, this kit is a great choice. This system will progressively add power as the RPM increases and will be pulling like a banshee at the top end. Especially relevant, to the power hungry Z06 owner, this kit has room to grow if you ever want more power.
