- Manufactured entirely using U.S. made T304 S/S.
- 3/8" thick flanges warp free flanges.
- Tig welded and hand ported inlets.
- Long tube design for increased low and mid-range torque standard with 1-3/4" primaries. (1-7/8" primaries optional for race applications)
- Hand made and fully tig welded 5 into 1 merge collectors with scavenger spikes.
- 200 cell metallic substrate cats.
- Great fit and finish.

B&B Exhaust System

Producing dyno-proven increases of 39 horsepower and 46 lb.-ft of torque max , this is the ultimate exhaust system for the Viper-powered Ram. Manufactured from 3” premium T-304 stainless steel, the header-back system features integrated metal high-flow catalytic converters and mandrel bending for an uninterrupted exhaust flow. Completing the system are twin 4” fully-polished double wall tips for an aggressive yet stylish look.

All Billy Boat Performance Exhaust cat back and header systems are tuned to match the application. Providing the perfect combination of performance, sound and style is what we do. Since exhaust is all we do, we have to do it better. All B&B products are precision built as a direct replacement for stock exhaust components including hardware and gaskets.
