ARH Long Tube Headers

These American Racing Headers are stainless steel full-length exhaust headers made from 100% 304 stainless steel with D Port matched flanges and 1-7/8 diameter primary tubes. Featuring a custom race merge collector for excellent flow. Headers include the merge pipe high flow catalyst. Designed specifically for the 2009-2011 ZR1 supercharged LS9 and these headers install from the underneath with no engine lifting.
With race inspired technology built into every system, you're looking at the very best the performance exhaust industry has to offer. Of course, these are manufactured using the highest quality 304 S/S available and require no modifications to install. All systems come standard with merge collectors with scavenger spikes. We also use the highest quality and best flowing metallic substrate catalytic converters available and all systems assemble with Grade 8 hardware and HDS/S band clamps.

AkrapovicĀ offers Slip-On exhaust system for the Z06/ZR1s in Titanium. The Slip-On system replaces the stock exhaust system back of the center link pipes. The Titanium Slip-On system is 11 kg/23 lbs. lighter. All Corvette systems are available with either titanium or carbon fiber tail pipes.
B&B Bullet Mufflers

The Billy Boat Bullet System is an entirely 3" T-304 stainless steel system, using precision mandrel bends for uninterrupted flow and performance. The system uses a rear similar to a 3" version of the B&B Bullet system, using an additional small resonated muffler at the back of the system. The entire system comes completely polished and the result is a truly spectacular look and sound that gives this high performance sports car the look and aggressive sound which will have heads turning everywhere you go. Available tips are 4.0" Double Wall round(shown) or 4.5" Double Wall oval.
B&B Bi-Modal Fusion Mufflers

Billy Boat has combined the best of the Bullet exhaust with the best technology from the factory to give you the B&B Fusion System. Utilizing the same exhaust control valve as the factory system, you get a "Dr. Jekyll" cruising sound, and release the "Mr. Hyde" Bullet sound when you want! Available tips are 4.0" Double Wall round(shown)or 4.5" Double Wall oval.
