B&B Exhaust System

The exhaust system for the CTS-V is available as a Touring or Sport system, and features our exclusive proprietary designed muffler, 3" stainless steel mandrel bent tubing, and 3/8" thick stainless flanges for ease of installation. The Touring system for the CTS-V integrates a center resonator section for a slightly deeper exhaust note than the factory system while producing a gain of 9 rear wheel horsepower and 8-lb ft. of torque. The Sport system integrates the use of a center Xpipe in place of the resonator and creates a commanding sound deserving of the LS6 engine while producing 15 rear wheel horsepower and 15 lb-ft. of torque. For the undecided, the resonator and X pipe are fully interchangeable and the X pipe can be purchased separately in addition to the Touring system. The true dual system for the CTS-V finishes off nicely with fully-polished mufflers and 4.25" double wall tips.
B&B Long Tube Headers

Billy Boat Performance Exhaust has once again taken the Pole Position in the market by developing long tube header systems specifically for the CTS-V. The header design incorporates the correct firing sequence which pairs exhaust ports together for more efficient exhaust scavenging. Dyno testing, utilizing technology previously found in racing applications has shown an increase of horsepower and torque throughout the entire RPM range. This is a true bolt-on header, complete with hardware and gaskets, dedicated to the CTS-V. The new 1.75" tube flows seamlessly to a 3", 4-into-1 collector all built of 304 Stainless Steel.
